Aespa Giselle Workout Routine

Giselle is undoubtedly one of the best Japanese singers and a few of them who have made herself reach such fame. Even though it’s just the start of her career, Giselle is already becoming a viral rapper in South Korea and even many countries worldwide. With that much fame, there are also admiration and curiosity of fans that want to know how Giselle keeps herself so pretty and in such an incredible body shape.

Well, we all know K-pop idols need to have a good body shape; it’s not your choice. But, it’s a crucial thing that you need to get selected for any team. That’s why Giselle also needs to always stay in her top shape to keep being part of the group. Now, if we talk about Giselle’s workouts or things that she does to stay fit, it’s not something that I can tell you for now.

Since the group is still young, not many health and fitness magazines have approached them to ask about individual workouts. However, I know that like every other K-pop member, Giselle, and other Aespa members are still doing their daily dance workouts. I even read that an average K-pop group has dance practice for about 2-3 hours a day for at least five days a week, especially in their first few years after the debut.

Other than that, there are some PT workouts and stretching exercises that each trainer makes them do. Agencies assign the trainers, so the routine is not often shown or talked about in public. However, it’s not that hard and contains basic bodyweight or lightweight exercises. While many idols are now also allowed to take Pilates, Yoga, or boxing classes to maintain their health.

So I think we can figure something out and do certain things to get a good workout. Remember that this is a workout created by me and may not match the original workout of Giselle. We will be working out five days a week and training two times a day. It will be an intense routine, so make sure you do stretches after each workout and even before.

Morning Routine

In the morning routine, we will be doing around 1-2 hours of a dance routine. As we know, that’s the main cardio workout that helps every K-pop member get lean and stay in that slim shape. Of course, you can also do workouts like aerobic or Zumba, but again, I recommend doing a dance workout. It’s intense, burns calories, tones your muscles, and increases your flexibility.

 

Evening Routine

In the evening routine, we will be training three to four days a week. So even three days would be sufficient, and you can do an hour of Pilates, boxing, or Yoga. All of these exercises get practiced by K-pop idols, so choose the one you like. However, I think Pilates is best to get that lean, slim, and toned body shape. That’s why it’s also the primarily practiced workout by K-pop idols.

Now for the diet plan, I can’t figure out the diet yet; they do need to follow a strict diet since they recently came out. However, the agency might give them some space for their food and choices in a few years.

Like I was reading an interview of GFriend group where SinB stated that until 2019 they were not allowed to eat outside on tours. So it was after 2019 when their agency let them enjoy food while being on tour.

So I think, for now, it’s a very restricted diet containing significantly fewer carbs, a high amount of protein, a good amount of fats, etc. Finally, I can give you a diet inspired by many K-pop idols to give you a body like Giselle.
