In the morning routine, we will do an hour to two hours of dance practice; it’s better to join a dance class. You can also do other workouts like Zumba, running, biking for getting similar results as dance workouts. However, I would recommend doing a dance workout to get the closet routine as Karina.

 

Evening Routine

In the evening routine, we will be doing a workout that will include doing exercises like yoga, Pilates, and boxing. Now each of these exercises is followed by many idols like Lisa from Blackpink loves to do boxing, Jennie and Rose love doing Pilates, but they started with yoga.

So having each of these workouts in your week will help you get better results, and it will also keep your training interesting. So do an hour of Pilates on Monday and Tuesday, boxing on Wednesday, and yoga on Thursday and Friday.
