Aespa Ningning Workout Routine

Ningning is the youngest member of the group, and with that, she is also the most talented with a promising future. However, an idol’s pressure comes with constant worries like staying in shape, dealing with fans, etc. So in that, how does Ningning keep herself in good shape?

Well, it isn’t complicated as you may be thinking. All the Aespa members, since the training days, are given a diet and exercise regime that they need to follow. However, it’s not that easy; they have to go through different choreography almost every day for hours and then some stretching exercises and a few bodyweight routines.

Many K-pop idols also do different workouts like Yoga, Pilates, boxing, etc. However, I couldn’t get the information about Ningning, but looking at her routine and age, I don’t think she would be doing a lot. As she is young and her metabolism rate must be reasonable, plus Ningning is already doing hours of dance practice.

So I will be giving you a routine that would most likely work for you with adding some exercises. We will work out and train for five to six days a week, in which we will be doing two to three hours of training. I will divide the workout into two parts to make it easier for you guys. So let’s get started:

Morning Routine

In the morning routine, you can do two hours of dance practice. It will be our cardio and main workout routine that will help us get in shape. You will be burning many calories while doing this; I would recommend joining a dance class for faster results.

If you are doing it on your own, make sure you do 10 to 20 minutes of stretching before that. If you can’t do this much workout, it’s okay to do only an hour of a dance routine and slowly increase it week by week.

 

Evening Routine

In the evening routine, we will do an hour of exercises like yoga, pilates, boxing, etc., three days a week. You can choose whichever exercise you want from these three, as all of these get adapted by many K-pop stars in their workout routine. So these will surely benefit you and provide you a K-pop body shape.

Ningning and other members have always stayed on a diet, but they never tried to do extreme dieting. Well, at least that’s what they have said. So there is no eating one meal or having ice cubes as food for them.

They have rules like low carbs, no oily or fast foods, no eating sweets, etc. However, that’s all. There is no diet that I can give you or share, but I can provide you with my K-pop diet that I have researched by writing many articles.
