Ahn is one of the guys that remind you of a K-pop artist. He has a physique that will surely make him into an idol or a professional model if he wanted to do those things. However, Ahn chose acting, and he’s doing super well in his life in that field. Also, keeping himself in a very fit shape gives him young roles, and soon, Ahn will be getting even more roles that will shock the world.
So how is he able to control and maintain his body even though he has so many series coming in a year? Well, I searched those questions and even checked the Instagram of Ahn, which you should follow right here. I couldn’t find anything on his Instagram or find any article interviews where he would be giving any advice about his workout or the diet, which seems pretty alright, as he’s 17 years old.
I can’t blame anyone for not asking 17 years old if he’s working out or not. I mean, not every 17 years will be a fitness freak; even in showbiz, many young celebs do not work out that much as we must be thinking. So how does he stay fit? Well, for now, it’s a mystery, but surely I can give you some workouts that will help you get lean and a body like Ahn.
We can do certain routines focusing on losing body fat and gaining muscles, so our body stays lean and aesthetic. That can include workouts like cardio, circuit training, HIIT workout, boxing, etc. Also, we will work out and train for around five days a week. In which we will train for an hour to two hours max, so let’s get started.
Ahn Ji-ho workout includes:
Cardio
We will start a HIIT cardio routine where we will be running for 15 minutes, making 100 to 200 sprints with 30 seconds—then finishing it with 15 minutes of hydro rowing. It will help you lose many calories and burn fat around your entire body.
Weight Training
You can do three days of weight training to train upper body, lower body, and functional and strength training. However, do a circuit routine for a faster and better lean body shape. It will burn lots of fats and give your muscle an excellent shape.
Cardio Finisher
The last activity we will do for two to three days to replace weight training is 30 to 50 minutes of boxing routine. It will contain some warm-up, light pad workout, and then heavy intense pad workout. Make sure to keep the workout in the round and follow the HIIT pattern with one minute to two minutes rounds and 30 seconds rest.

I don’t think Ahn follows any particular diet plan; maybe he keeps the food in moderation and enjoys three meals a day. However, I know you won’t be satisfied with that, so I will give you a diet to help you get lean like Ahn. Also, this diet is for teenagers or young adults, so it may not work the same for older people.
