Alba Baptista always has this slim body physique, since the time she entered the industry and her beauty, she keeps getting better and better. The reason for that is her lifestyle, diet, and workout. Although when I went to look for her workout routine, there was not a lot that I could find out.
Recently, she was interviewed by the Hollywood Life magazine that asks her a lot about how she trained for Warrior Nun. In that interview, Alba Baptista stated she did learn some fighting with girls that were ninja-like and know-how to fight. Even though Alba’s role isn’t a role that needs to do a lot of battle, she still tried her best to get in the shape for Warrior Nun.
Although her actual workout routine is not out, even her social accounts don’t give away a lot about the method that she does. So I’m guessing her routine must have some daily activities while learning according to her roles in series and movies. Still, don’t worry. I think I can tell you what exactly to do to get a body like Alba Baptista.
We are going to train four to five days a week, and one hour every day, the training will contain workouts like yoga, pilates, cardio, full-out exercise. So no matter what level of fitness you have, every one of you can tame advantage from these workouts and get close to Alba’s body goal.

Cardio is one of the workouts that work your whole body, so it’s beneficial for weight loss, burning calories, and getting you a slim figure. We are going to add a few days of cardio exercise in our weekly routine;
you can run for 30 to 40 minutes continuous at a moderate speed to get the best result. If you can’t run that long, run as long as you can and then walk for the rest of the time.
Yoga and Pilates
Training days: Wednesday to Friday
We are going to do yoga and pilates too, both of the workouts are excellent for giving you a well-toned and slim body shape and also increase your flexibility. It will also help you burn many calories;
