He’s also a member of the Hype House, which is why he is always posting videos that include the biggest Tik-Tokkers. However, Alex is quite significant when it comes to Youtube; he has over 2 million subscribers on YouTube and over 2 million followers on Instagram. It is why many of you have been requesting the Alex Warren workout and diet plan.

Alex Warren Workout Routine

Alex Warren is quite famous on Tik-Tok, and because of that, he started in relatively good shape. However, if you see Alex Warren now, it looks like he has gained a couple of pounds, and his face, arms, and legs are now chubby. All of the weight gained happens during the quarantine, and it has affected the fitness that Alex used to have. In one of the videos, you can see how hard it is for Alex to do some basic stuff in the workout.

However, even before, there was no information about Alex Warren’s workout routine. It may seem like that Alex used to work out with other members of Hype House. We all know how much different members of Hype House like to stay fit and healthy, whether it’s girls or guys. That’s why I’m guessing that what Alex used to do in the workout, they usually do a lot of weight training and abs workout with a few minutes of cardio warm-up.

So if you want to be in the shape of fit and lean version of Alex Warren, then follow this plan. In this routine, we will work out five days a week in which we will be performing three basic workouts, and if you continue to do them for a while, you will get that lean muscles as Alex used to have.

Alex Warren workout includes:-

Cardio

In the cardio routine, we will be doing 15 minutes of high-intensity interval running on the treadmill. This method will help you burn a lot more calories, and it will give you the best warm-up. If you don’t want to run, you can use different cardio exercises like biking or water rower; however, the method will remain the same. So your routine will look something like this:

  • 5 minutes of warm-up walk
  • 1 minute of running x 1-minute brisk walk (5 times)

In weight training, we will be doing a standard bodybuilding routine; you will be training each body part on different days.

Thursday Workout

Friday Workout

  • Smith squats

  • Leg press
  • Leg extension to leg curls
  • Thigh abduction
  • Hip thruster
  • Calf raises

 

Alex Warren Core Workout

In the core workout, we will be performing a circuit routine where you will be able to rest after you finish the whole set. It’s a quick workout that you have to do after the weight training, but it will be the fastest workout.

Sets: 3

Reps: 15 to 20

Rest time after the set: 40 to 60 seconds

  • Crunches
  • Hanging Leg raises with ball
  • Wipers
  • Russian twist
  • Plank hold x 40 to 60 seconds
  • Hollow hold x 40 to 60 seconds

Alex Warren Diet Plan

The diet plan of Alex Warren is still a mystery; by looking at his account, I found a few pics of him enjoying chicken wings and other things. So I’m guessing there isn’t any diet that Alex is currently following. However, to get into the lean shape, you will need to focus more on lean protein, veggies, salad, vitamins, and carbs after a workout. Also, make sure to drink a lot of water for clean skin.
