Alexa Bliss Workout Routine

Alexa is well known for being one of the best wrestlers. For many months, Alexa has stayed WWE women’s champion and gained another championship belt as well. We all know that in the end, it’s all a scripted story that they need to follow, but still doing all of the stunts they do, takes fitness. You can not run on the ring and fight for 20 to 30 minutes if you are not well trained. So what are the things that Alexa does to keep herself fit, and also what is her usual workout routine?

Ring Workout

The first thing Alexa and any other wrestler in WWE does getting their ring workout done. A ring workout is a mixture of different drills that consist of doing sets of shoulder rolls, attack, defense, etc. Have you ever wonder how they all are so much in sync and why their moves match so well? That’s the reason, as they all do a specific routine in the practice ring. You can find that routine on YouTube or maybe at the WWE website.

 

Core workout

Then there is Alexa personal routine; I do know that Alexa does a mixture of workouts that includes weight training and core workout. She loves to work on her Core, and that is also necessary for her as your Core needs to be strong while taking the hits and falls. A couple of years ago, Alexa also showed her Core burning workout without any equipment that you can do at home.

You can also click here to see the circuit routine consisting of exercises like leg raises, knee tuck in, tuck in and out crunch, etc. I don’t want to give my version of core workout as I think it’s a very effective workout, and you should follow this workout only.

 

Weight Training

Then after that, there is weight training where Alexa does a mixture of different body parts. I couldn’t figure out her original workout routine, but I know that Alexa likes to work out at least five days a week. So I will be giving you guys my version of a mixed circuit training workout that you can do in the gym and get a body like Alexa.
