Now, he is playing a professional wrestler in the series called Heels. So the roles he gets always provide him to stay healthy and in good shape. In “Vikings and Bad Boys for Life,” you may have seen that Alexander Ludwig has a muscular yet aesthetic physique.

Alexander Ludwig said he doesn’t love being so big; he wants a muscular and lean body physique to do a lot of stunts.

Alexander Ludwig had also loved doing cardio and some intense workout because when he was doing Vikings, Alexander Ludwig had to do weeks of action stunts practice. All those fight scenes and action training did need a lot of stamina. After that, Alexander Ludwig would also do weight training and finish off with an ab routine he learned in High School.

So to get a body like Alexander Ludwig, we will also need to work out five days a week. So do around 6-8 exercises a day. The routine will consist of everything that Alexander Ludwig has mentioned until now, so the duration will be two hours.

We will start with some cardio workouts; Alexander Ludwig mentioned a cardio workout that he loves to do. The workout includes 45 minutes of walk-in incline at 15% with a speed of 3-4kmph. Alexander Ludwig mentions that it’s a great workout, burns many calories, and gives you an excellent, consistent workout that will help you long term. Once he did with that, Alexander Ludwig did dumbbell burpees about 12-15 reps for four sets.
