Alicia is also open about her routine with her fans and keeps sharing some new exercises. So now, coming to her work out routine, well, she has been working out for many years.
In all those years, the workout has changed countless times, and so did the trainers Alicia Keys worked out with, but some of the things that she does currently contain cardio, full-body workout, strength training, and sometimes yoga. Alicia Keys works out at least five days a week to stay in shape,e and each day, she trains for about an hour to two hours efficiently.

You are good to go, the exercise also keeps changing, and they always try to add new things to make them work out better.

Make sure you do it with less rest time and add exercises like jumping jacks, burpees, squats jumps, box jumps, step-up lunges, leg lifts, hip thruster, fire hydrants, etc. The work out doesn’t need to be way too hard to take quickly and slowly increase the level account to your own pace.

The weight training routine mostly focuses on doing isolation training more, and in that, you will be performing many compound movements also. So there will be no single body part training, each day you will be working on at least two to three muscles simultaneously. Also, you will be training your core at least 15 minutes every day.
You can either add it in your full-body workout routine or strength training, depending on how you feel. You need to train your lower body at least three days a week and your upper body two days, and you will be good to go. You can also use weight training as high intensity work out and add it in your full-body workout routine.

After going through a few resources, I found out that Alicia keys do follow a five-factor diet plan in which she eats a moderate amount of calories about 1.8k to 2.2k every day.
In that, she stays away from products that contain fats, oil, sugar, bread, etc. She mostly focuses on eating healthy food like vegetables, fruits, lean protein, etc.
Although the singer stays away from junk food, she still let herself have them once a week so she can control her temptation for next week.
