The workout routine of Alissa Violet focuses on the cardio part and workout part but mostly it’s the cardio exercises that she loves to do and keep her in shape.

Monday to Saturday

Yep Alissa Violet follows the same routine as she doesn’t really train every single part separately, her workout routine is more like a full-body workout routine and that is what she does almost every day.

Cardio

In cardio, Alissa Violet trains about 45 minutes or 50 minutes sometimes.

She likes to do treadmills for her cardio and that’s the only exercise she does in cardio she likes to run. Which is good as running activated all your body, not just one part it focuses on every part of your body. So she starts off with a 5-minute warm-up walk and then runs for 35 min and then cool down about 10 minutes. That’s it for cardio. It’s her daily routine from Monday to Saturday.

Resistance band training

After doing 45 minutes of cardio Alissa Violet likes to train her full body with resistance bands. So she does lots of resistance band training and exercises like. More about Alissa Violet exercise routine is given below.

Push-ups

Push-ups with resistance bands are kinda like your bench press without any heavyweight with just your body only. You take the band in your hands and then cross it from your back and while holding that you do push-ups. This gives you resistance when you get up and make it hard and also put force when you go down. 

Side Squats

Now, this isn’t confirmed exercise but it’s likely that does this one you put resistance band on your feet and then spread them shoulder apart to do a squat and then go to the side and step out and then again so a squat then comes back and repeat that movement.

Glutes

While we know she does train glutes but doesn’t know which exercise she does, it’s most likely to be the hip raises with resistance bands on the toes and on the body.

Plank

She must be doing planks with a resistance band.

This is a great exercise, especially when done with resistance bands.

The Alissa Violet diet is where she makes it counts. She takes care that she does not go beyond the limit of 1200 calories in a day. When she eats a cheat meal or a meal that extends the calories of 1200 then she workout 2 times that day.
