Alyson has been in the movie business since she was 10 years old. And being in showbiz requires one to be conscious of their appearance at all times. So Alyson has taken care of her body since a young age. She is often called a dancer for her brilliant moves. Here is a look at Alyson Stoner Workout Routine.
Ellen recently shared a video of 10-year-old Alyson from 2002. And Alyson showed her moves latest at the 2019 VMAs in Missy Elliott’s performance that left everybody pleasantly surprised. Alyson is a professional dancer and in 2016 she started her own website for teaching teenagers and other people hip hop dance that brings you into shape.
The hip-hop workout routine is both a cardio workout as well as great for mental health. Several studies have proven the benefits of regular exercise in reducing anxiety and depression. It also nourishes and balances your appetite.

Alyson admits that she loves sports to a crazy level and misses playing soccer as she used to play as a child. Nonetheless, she still includes basketball and soccer, and other outdoor activities in her routine. Alyson says that for her exercising has a decluttering and therapeutic effect on her mind.
Basically, she loves every kind of exercise and maintains a physically active routine. At other times she uses music to deal with the turmoils of her mental world.
The first thing that Alyson does in her day is to go for a run and we quote “The first thing I do is I go for a run. If I can’t clear my head going on a run, then I’ll go and play basketball….”
Running protects you from almost every chronic health condition and instills you with a great life force and makes you feel good about both your physical and mental health. So you can include a quick 30-minute running in your workout schedule.
If you are not comfortable, you can replace this with brisk walking. If you are suffering from blood pressure then stick to exercises that don’t leave you breathless.
YouTube collaboration with Michelle Khare
In 2019 Alyson collaborated with YouTuber Mitchelle Khare where she aimed at gaining muscles and doing that with a strictly plant protein-based diet. But her transformation was more mental than physical and Alyson was so honest about it.
Here is the workout plan that she followed and this was prepared by her trainer.
- Monday – 1 hour of Weight / Circuit Training
- Tuesday – 1 hour Cardio
- Wednesday- 1 hour of Weight/ Circuit Training
- Thursday – 1 hour Cardio
- Friday – 1 hour of Weight/circuit training
- Saturday- 1 hour Cardio Optional
- Sunday- 1 hour Cardio Optional
The trainer worked with strength training and maintained flexibility throughout.

Alyson has an ectomorph body type that is naturally lean and flexible. The dietician played around with this body type by delineating a 40% carb, 20%protein and 40% fat diet. There were a lot of nuts, seeds, kale, and spinach included.
