They summarised the interviews so, as you would need in the article that Ana De Armas, while shooting for The Gray Man in Prague, she started joining the Pilates class near her hotel. So Ana went to the studios for a while, and now she likes to keep Pilates as her regular part of the workout.

Then, later on, in an interview with People magazine, Ana De Armas states that she loves to work out, and it is constantly changing. Somedays, Ana De Armas will go and box, and other days, it can be spinning or weight routine. So yeah, her secret to being physically fit is working out consistently and being active with some activity.

I also appreciate that, so let’s see a routine where we can mix all these beautiful workouts up. We will be training every day of the week for an hour to two hours and working out in one way or another. The aim here is to keep ourselves indulging in some activity, so our body is constantly moving and burning calories.

The weight training routine will consist of training Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, including exercises for your upper body and lower body. Now, Ana De Armas might not work out the way I’m about to tell you, but I would suggest doing a circuit routine. Also, we will have three circuits with four exercises in which one circuit will be focused on training core muscles only.

Once you finish the weight training, we will finish it with 20-30 minutes of sparring or shadow boxing if you don’t have anyone to spar with you. If your gym has a boxing punching bag, it will help even better as you can do bag workouts instead of shadowboxing. The workout will not only help you get a good sweat and burn many calories, but it will also tone your arms and core a lot.


Pilates + Soul Cycling

Now one of my favorite workouts to recommend is Pilates. We have seen how many people are starting to love Pilates, so make sure you try it as well. An hour of Pilates in the morning will help you get that flexible body shape, toned muscles, relaxed mind, and also that well-shaped butt and slim waistline.

Then later in the evening, we will try doing some cardio; this is an optional workout. Pilates will be enough to keep you fit, but if you feel like you can do some more workouts, feel free to add an hour of cycling routine. You can go to soul cycling classes and burn your calories while working on your legs and thighs.
