So there, you can see Andrei Deiu showing a lot of his workout videos and a whole series called “Road To Olympia.” Remember that Andrei Deiu and all bodybuilders have a different approach before and after. Before the competition, Andrei Deiu and all bodybuilders are focused on doing the shredding workouts and cutting away the fat.

That time they will be doing two muscles every day, where they will do 4-5 sets, including one drop-set till failure. The reps count increased to get better shreds during a workout and added cardio workouts. Also, in a recent video that I will mention later, Andrei mentions that he does 45 minutes of cardio while cutting the weight. However, after the event all year round, the workout is simple and focuses on working on bulking up, in that they focus on one muscle area a day. Cardio & Weight Training 

If you are trying to cut, you will need to do 45 minutes of cardio and abs workouts in the morning. In the evening we will do weight training, we will be doing exactly how we mentioned early. The sets will be more, and we will focus on making the last set a drop-set. That’s how Andrei Deiu usually cuts his weight before events. 

So it will be more of a shredding work than the bulking routine; if you want to go bulk, you can keep the set counts in, decrease the reps and leave the drop sets. Also, make sure to lift heavy if you aim to bulk, but don’t destroy your form. Instead, lift a weight that you can lift while maintaining excellent posture and form.
