Andy Allen Workout Routine
Andy Allen is a professional chef, so he is always on the road to searching for new food. Andy also works for shows where he needs to eat at different places and try many unhealthy dishes most of the time. So no wonder when he eats so many things, and every day Andy has various types of food, how does he keep himself so lean?
To find the answer to the question, I found this specific article where you can see Andy doing an interview and talking about how he loves to exercise. Sadly in that interview, Andy didn’t talk about his regular exercise but did give us a 20 minutes quick home bodyweight workout. This workout is what Andy did in his quarantine. All you need to do is complete five sets of these exercises:
- Push-ups x 20 reps
- Squats x 20 reps
- Burpees x 10 reps
- Chair dips x 10 reps
- Plank x 60 seconds
However, some other exercises may get included, even though Andy said this workout keeps his body active. I still think that many people that need results from a different physical stage as Andy would need to add more exercises in this routine. So I will add good weight training and a cardio routine. However, you are free to ignore the weight training and continue with the bodyweight routine if you are almost in a similar shape as Andy.

Andy Allen Diet Plan
Andy Allen’s diet includes eating all organic food, whether it’s fish or chicken; everything is organic when it comes to food for Andy Allen. As far as the diet goes, I haven’t found any specific diet. As Andy says, “life is all about balance.”
That’s why whenever he eats unhealthy food, he makes sure to balance it out with a healthy and nutritious meal on the next meal. So I don’t know what diet to give you for a chef; that’s why I recommend my essential intermittent fasting diet with 16 hours fast and 8 hours eating window.
