Angelina Jolie loves to workout. However, that doesn’t include every activity. Her workout routine is something that I think is the best approach for being fit and getting an incredible body physique. Angelina Jolie works out almost every day to stay in shape and does many other activities like shooting, traveling, etc.

In an interview with Insider, Angelina Jolie’s trainer explains the workout she loves to do and doesn’t like at all. In that article, you can see her trainer saying that Angelina loves doing weight training circuits routine. She loves to train two or three muscles every day, and I think that’s the best way to stay lean while working out with weights.

She also does a quick cardio workout that includes High-Intensity interval training, which I talk a lot about in my activities. The article also tells us that Angelina Jolie is not a yoga fan. For Maleficent’s role, she had to do yoga, and Angelina even made a statement that she got forced to do that workout routine. However, it was worth it as the movie has become the highlight of her career.

Now we will be doing the circuit routine, where we will be training six days a week. As it’s a circuit routine, you can only rest after you did the whole circuit. So let’s get it started:

Cardio

In the cardio routine, we will do a HIIT circuit routine that will burn many calories in mere 15 minutes of your workout. 

  • 5 minute of interval training on a treadmill (45 seconds brisk walk and 45 seconds sprint)
  • 5 minutes of interval training on a Hydro-rowing machine (45 seconds of moderate pace and 45 seconds sprint)
  • 5 minutes of interval training on an air bike (45 seconds of average speed and 45 seconds of the sprint)

Angelina Jolie used to be a vegan. However, her diet led the actress to malnutrition and made her sick. That’s why she went back to eating a diet with some veggies and meat included. She also makes sure that her children eat red meat and keep their bodies healthy and get enough nutrition.
