That’s why Anne Hathaway has also grabbed many awards and, in 2015, was one of the highest-paid actresses in the world. However, one thing that admires fans more is how Anne Hathaway has always kept herself fit and healthy. There you can see Anne Hathaway talking about how before The Dark Knight Rises, she was not into working out. She especially never loved lifting weights, but once she started, she felt so slim and strong that Anne Hathaway does weight training until now.

Anne Hathaway also did five days of stunt training every week for The Dark Knight Rises and always worked out. Anne Hathaway still does that when needed for movies, but her workout is mainly limited to cardio, resistance training, weight lifting, kettlebell training, etc. So to get a body like Anne Hathaway, you will need to work out four-five days a week with a mixture of routines. Cardio and Stretching

We will start with 20-30 minutes of cardio workout, in which I would suggest you do 15 minutes of running and then switch to 15 minutes of rowing. Both exercises are great for burning calories and getting you into an incredible body physique. Once you get done with the cardio routine, do a few minutes of stretching before starting the weight training routine.

 

Weight Routine

We will add different workouts and work for different muscle groups every day for the weight routine. I don’t know if Anne Hathaway does a circuit routine or follows a regular weight training pattern. So I’ll be giving you a regular weight training pattern, but still, I would suggest taking as little rest as possible between your exercises. So let’s get started;
