However, while we know a lot about the game itself, the characters are getting more popular, especially after the anime series. Popular enough that many people want to know about the workout. So if you also want the Arcane Vi workout routine, keep reading.

Arcane Vi Workout Routine

Vi is undoubtedly a physically healthy character. If you remove the gloves, she can easily pass as one of the most beautiful and girly characters in the Arcane series. I mean, that’s the reason why Hailee Steinfield plays her character voice in the series. So yeah, other than that, you can surely see the thin waistline and well-shaped legs and butt. If Vi’s character were a person, they would surely be one of the most popular actresses or models.

So how do you get a body physique like Vi characters? Is there a way you can try to achieve a body and the physical stats of how Vi’s character displays? Well, we might not be able to get the exact stats, but we can do things to get close to being like Vi. We need to focus on getting the speed and muscles while also ensuring we stay lean and gain a lot of stamina. It won’t be an easy workout, and we are going to focus on our body toning.

I would give you a routine that I think can help you get a body like Vi. We will be working out five days a week, and each day, we will be training for about two hours maximum in the gym. Now, it’s up to you if you want to add dance to your workout routine like Vi. However, this routine would be sufficient for you to get a body like Vi. Also, you can do certain activities and keep your body moving on your rest days.

Cardio

We will start with some cardio warm-up which will be only about 10 minutes. After that, you can do any cardio workout like running on the treadmill, biking, hydro-row, etc. We don’t have to push hard on it since it’s only a warm-up routine.

 

Weight/circuit training

In weight training, we will do a circuit routine. The workouts will be full-body workouts. It will be a mixture of workouts, making sure you get toned muscle and a well-shaped lower body and core like Vi.

Boxing Finisher

Once done with all the workouts, we will do a quick 15-30 minutes of boxing session consisting of footwork, jabs, cross, hooks, uppercut, body punches, etc.

It’s better if you have a punching bag, or else you can get a partner to practice with you. This routine will burn your body out and the fat inside your body, and it will increase stamina and give you well-toned arms and shoulders.
