Arcane Viktor Workout Routine: Arcane Viktor is a game character from the famous game League Of Legends. Viktor is famous for being the mage hero who can be a tank, fighter, and fighter depending on how you play.

Viktor is known to be one of the strongest mages and quite popular among fans. He is so popular that I’m writing the Arcane Viktor workout routine for you guys here. So let’s carry on:

Arcane Viktor Workout Routine

Well, Arcane Viktor is a very skinny person and was not strong at all, and that’s why he started collecting different robots parts and attached himself with them to make himself a perfect human. Incredible, right? While many people think of Viktor as a bad guy who will destroy everything he can, some also consider Viktor more of an anti-hero that can do good things even if he ends up getting hurt because of them.

Well, now about the workout routine to be as strong as Viktor? Well, since he is a mage and usually makes long-range attacks, you can’t be like him in reality. Also, the way he looks is because of his armor; in reality, Viktor is skinny and has a K-pop skinny body type. Now, I know many people love K-pop idols, and that’s why Viktor can be a popular character to go for when it comes to lean figures. So let’s get through this routine:

As I have seen Viktor in the arcane, he purely gets that lean figure body. For him, it’s genes, but if you guys want to get lean and ripped like him, you would need to work out like K-pop idols and get your diet in control. I won’t give you a diet you can follow, as I don’t believe in K-pop diets. So I suggest you control your food, eat healthy snacks, eat in moderation, and stay healthy.

Now, for the workout, as we know, the K-pop artist that has more boyish and lean resemblance focuses mainly on getting a lot of cardio and some weight training. So that’s what we should focus on and work out five days to get that lean physique. We need to burn many calories and gain muscles to look lean and healthy. So let’s get started:

Cardio

Cardio will be our main workout in this routine, as to get that lean body, we need to make sure we have pure muscles and no body fat. To get that, you will need to focus on interval training in the cardio routine; K-pop artists mainly focus on dance workouts. So dancing for an hour or two hours would work great to burn your fat and help you get flexible. If not, you can do running, cycling, etc.

 

Weight Training

Now for weight training, I prefer a basic four-day weight training routine. It will focus on different body arts, training your upper and lower bodies on different days. So let’s get it started:

Friday

  • Smith machine squats
  • Hack squats
  • Crusty lunges
  • Single leg pushdown
  • Hip thrusters
  • Hip abduction
  • Calf raises
