Arón Piper Workout Routine

Arón has gained many fans after doing Elite; his fan following is not to get underestimated. On Instagram alone, Arón has over 14 million fans, and that’s when he doesn’t even post that much on his Instagram. He does stay fit, and you can see many of the shirtless pics that he has shared. So many people want to learn what Arón does to keep himself fit. 

To find the answer to that question, I tried to find anything I could, but Arón doesn’t give any workout routine. However, Men’s Health did write an article regarding the tips on how to get or regain your six-packs. You can read that article, but it’s not related to Arón, as it’s their own opinion and not Arón. So, that’s what I will be doing in this article as well.

Since I have no information from Arón, I will be giving you a routine that I think will help you gain a body like Arón. We will be doing a mixture of three exercises that always help you get a good body shape. The three workouts are cardio, weight training, and core workout. While you all must think that what if it won’t work on you, I can guarantee you that you would surely see change if you do this workout routine, as I mentioned.

We will be working out five days a week and training for two hours a day. You can either do all of this workout together or train cardio and core in the morning and then train weight training in the evening. So your body can have enough time to rest between these two workouts, and you won’t harm yourself.

Cardio & Core

Go for a 30 minutes jog or run in the morning. It will help you get warmed up and burn many calories. Try to be regular with it as it’s one of the best full-body workouts that can help you get lean and ripped. Then once you get done with your cardio, you can start with this core workout to get an excellent six-pack.

Weight Training

In weight training, we will be doing an hour of training; it will help you get a proper proportion from all the body parts. I will be giving you a workout that will help you get ripped, but if you want to get bulked, you can use this workout and increase the sets and weight while decreasing the reps to 6-8.
