ASAP Rocky Workout Routine
A$AP Rocky gives an image of a fit and healthy guy; he has some muscle. In his busy schedule, how does Rocky gets to keep his body in shape? Well, don’t worry as I will be giving you all the details I know.
Rocky doesn’t have much on his Instagram and doesn’t have it on other social media accounts. Even the interviews don’t tell much about his workout or habits. However, I found some of his interviews where he did talk about fitness. Even his trainer talked about how he helped A$AP to get in shape. In the article of HighSnobiety, his trainer mentioned how he twisted A$AP.
The only information he gave that he was focusing on his nutrition and boxing. Other than that, there were not many workouts that got explained. In another interview, Rocky said that he would love to work out more, but he doesn’t have time for exercising a lot. However, I think we can do a workout to help you get a body like Rocky.
Our routine will contain working out an hour five days a week. Our focusing will be mostly on cardio exercise, which will help us get into a lean body shape like Rocky.
ASAP Rocky work out includes:
Boxing
We will start our workout routine by doing 30 minutes to 40 minutes of a boxing workout. This exercise will be the main workout in our way; boxing will help you get a toned body shape while burning lots of calories.
Many stars and celebrities do this workout to stay fit so that you can put blind trust while doing this routine. Also, please join a boxing gym for better results. Also, make sure before you start moving, you do all the warm-ups needed.
Free Body Workout
Now there is no mention of these being part of A$AP Rocky workout. However, I do recommend doing this circuit free-body training so your muscle gets in shape. This routine will be quick and take a maximum of 20 to 25 minutes of your day, so make sure you don’t skip this routine.

ASAP Rocky Diet Plan
I’m pretty sure you all heard him going vegetarian years ago. However, A$AP has committed to being a full vegan now. So his diet eventually gets healthier because of the life choice he has adapted. I do think being vegan helped him get mentally and physically fit.
However, his diet is still not much available; I don’t think Rocky follows a super strict diet plan. Maybe a diet that moderates the amount of food and calorie intake would be best. Of course, you are only allowed to eat healthy foods. So that’s why I would suggest following this diet plan:
