Asher Angel Workout Routine
Asher is one of the most talked-about teenagers in America, especially after the movie Shazam and his songs featuring artists like Wiz Khalifa. Other than that, he also has over 4 million followers on Instagram. So when someone has that considerable impact on a particular group of people, many of them want to be like them. One of the features that people want to have like Asher is the body shape he has.
As we know, his body physique is the more aesthetic type with lean muscle and ripped body shape. So how does Asher maintain that body shape? After reading some articles and his Instagram posts, I was able to get all about the things Asher does. In a Hollywood Life interview, Asher talked about running and P90X workout with his Dad to stay fit in quarantine.
For those who don’t know about P90X, let me enlighten you that it’s a DVD workout program with different training routines like weight training, circuit routines, HIIT workout, and cardio. So you guys can try if you are interested in that DVD workout. However, as you can see in this post, Asher usually does weight training in the gym. Also, he does different activities to fill in for cardio and stay active.
For example, a very recent video of his new video choreography, and whenever he has live shows or makes a new music album, Asher puts dance routines in them. So while practicing all the choreography, he gets a great cardio workout and burns many calories that help him stay fit.
Also, he indulges in different activities like playing basketball, going out for a hike, etc. So now let’s see a routine that you can try to get a body like Asher. We will include some weight training and other routines like cardio to give you a good workout. The aim here is to keep the consistency in and make sure we go at a very balanced pace.

Morning Routine
Training days: Three to four days a week
In the morning, we will be doing an hour of dancing or cardio workouts. You can alternate them as you like it and then work out how you want. These workouts will help you get a good routine that will tone your body naturally and keep up your body’s flexibility and mobility. Also, you will have great stamina and burn a lot of calories.
