I guess it’s been over a year or so since she delivered her baby, and after that, Aspyn has gotten quite fit, and you can’t even tell that she was even pregnant if you look at her now.  That’s why are people asking how she did that? Aspyn Ovard Workout Routine

Now I found out a lot about her workout routine from early days when I searched, and after adequate research, I even got a video from last year where Aspyn showed the workout and her daily routine. Aspyn likes to do an hour of exercise to stay fit, and other than that, she is always doing some work, whether it’s playing with the baby, cleaning, etc.

Being a mom already is a lot of work; I did understand that after seeing the video that Aspyn uploaded. I wouldn’t even be surprised if she was fit even without doing the workout. In that video, you can get a glimpse of her training that she was doing at her home. However, we can notice her using weights and doing some bodyweight exercises.

Now, Aspyn trains a different body part every day and doesn’t focus on cardio because of her busy schedule. That is pretty good for her, but I would still put on a cardio interval training program for people that don’t have to take care of a baby all day. I’m going to give a weight training workout routine mixed with a few exercises that will take maybe 45 minutes of your day and do 15 minutes of cardio. So let’s get into it:

Cardio

Let’s start with a necessary cardio training with going back and forth between one minute of walking to a minute of running. This routine might be the best way you can stay fit and get the best calorie burn workout. Usually, I tell people to switch the exercise up with something new, so you don’t get bored. However, it’s totally up to you if you want to do a different workout or same.

 

Muscle Training

Now, this will be a five days workout routine with a mixture of various exercises, mostly focusing on your abs and legs. We will do the upper body to maintain balance.

  • Plank hold for one minute

  • Cable rows

 

Wednesday

  • Smith machine deep squats
  • Hack squats
  • Leg curls
  • Weighted reverse lunge
  • Stiff-leg deadlifts
  • Triceps pushdowns
  • Triceps overhead press
  • Triceps cable kickbacks

 

Thursday

  • Ball crunch
  • Leg raises with a twist.
  • Russian twist
  • High plank hold for a minute
  • Side plank hold for 40 seconds
  • Chest press
  • Dumbbell flyes
  • Cable flyes

 

Friday

  • Hack squats
  • Glute thruster
  • Glute cable kickbacks
  • Hyperextension
  • Calf raises (seated and standing)
  • Shoulder press
