She’s also one of the most beautiful actresses I have seen and undoubtedly has a pretty lovely body physique. So I’m sure many of you want to know how Ayça Ayşin keeps herself in that good body shape and the secret to that incredible body.

To figure it out, I tried to search the article or interviews but couldn’t figure out; I did find this particular video where Ayça Ayşin is doing kickboxing and working out. Now I’m not sure if it’s for a movie or something that Ayça Ayşin does for her workout routine. Also, her Instagram doesn’t tell much about her workout either; there was no single post regarding her workout routine.

However, later on, searching her images, I found many of the fans sharing the images of her story doing boxing, Pilates, and using a treadmill. I think it’s a mixture of routines that Ayça Ayşin does, and she’s currently into pilates and weight training more than kickboxing. So we will be mixing all of these up and try to make a routine to get you in a body shape like Ayça Ayşin. The workout will consist of working out every day, in which we will train for an hour or maybe an hour and a half maximum.

We will start with a toning workout routine; it consists of four days of circuit weight training and finishing with a few minutes of kickboxing routine. Now, if you don’t want to do kickboxing, then you can do a cardio workout like treadmill, biking, etc., to replace the workout.

As I said, I saw many pics of Ayça Ayşin doing Pilates as well, so we will be doing three days of Pilates class for about an hour.
