Bad Bunny is a guy who used to be lean but not ripped or healthy; if you see his pics from previous years, you would know the difference between his recent post and other posts. So how did Bad Bunny get such an incredible body physique, and what was his routine?

Well, sadly, nobody knows the things he did to get lean or stay fit. I tried finding out on his social media page, but no information was there at all. As there were no previous pics like this pic, so no one asked Bad Bunny till now about the workout he did or used to do.

I’m sure we will see the Bad Bunny answering these questions to the interviewers and other people when he gets to shows. However, as for now, I can’t tell you the things that Bad Bunny did in his workout routine. However, I can still give you a way to achieve a body shape similar to Bad Bunny.

Now watching his post, I did say that the changes started around the past four or five months. Now, remember he was a lean guy, yeah, chubby but skinny. So most of the credit for his transformation is with the diet and foods that he consumes. So let’s see the work out now:

In the cardio workout, we will do 20 to 30 minutes of run or jog at a constant pace. This routine is more for keeping our body moving, the blood flowing and making sure we lose calories while raising our metabolism. It will help you get to loosen up before the weight lifting routine and take care of your body while working out.

 

Gym Training

We will be focusing on standard and straight weight lifting workouts. You may think that as Bad Bunny looks so ripped, he must be working out a lot and doing lots of exercises, which is not the case here. To get a body like Bad Bunny, you don’t need to do a super intense workout; training regularly will give you results on its own with time.
