Baekhyun is an idol so staying in shape is essential to him, and because of that, he has trained hard to be in incredible form. The model usually works on his singing career and is busy with different stuff like broadcasting, interviews, shows, and photoshoots, but still takes his time to stay in shape. So let’s see the things that Baekhyun does to maintain the body physique that he has.

Dancing

One of the essential things that every K-pop idol has to do is dance practice every week for shows and videos that they are going to shoot. Dancing is quite crucial when you are a K-pop star, so you must keep up with it. Baekhyun is no exception at all, as he also has to go through the rehearsal for a week before releasing a video.
