Bailee Madison is one of the fittest people in her age group. There are lots of things that Bailee Madison does to maintain her body shape. There is not much information about her fitness routine, and I couldn’t find any interview where she talked openly about what she likes to do. However, there are many stories that Bailee has shared on her Instagram about her workouts.

After seeing a few of them, I was about to learn about her workout routine. It looks like Bailee has done different exercises over the past few years. The workouts include pilates, boxing, weight training, strength training, bodyweight exercises, isometric training, cardio, resistance band training, etc. 

However, Bailee’s main focus seems to be on training with weights and doing different bodyweight exercises, and a few days a week. She does other workouts like pilates, boxing, etc.

They can be a great cardio routine and help you get the tone and lean body shape. Bailee seems to exercise five to six days a week, and the activity doesn’t go beyond an hour and a half to two hours a day.

Now that we have seen a few of the workout she does and has known what we need to do, I will give you a plan that you can follow to get a body like Bailee.

We will focus on doing bodyweight exercises with resistance band exercises while adding strength training and a few weight exercises to get better results in this workout. For about two days in the week, we will be doing other activities.

Training days: Monday to Thursday

The workout will consist of doing different things, including resistance band training, although if you don’t have a resistance band, you can do it without the band.

The strength training and weight training part is an essential part of Bailee training, so we will also do it every time after doing our bodyweight exercises. This workout will contain just a few activities that will have four to five practices max each day.

Pilates and Boxing

Training days: Friday and Saturday

For the last two training days of the week, you can do any of the workouts, these both workouts are the ones that Bailee has done in the past and still do most of the time. If you like both of these workouts, you can also try doing piloxing, a mixture of pilates and boxing classes; it will give you a great cardio workout while letting your muscles get flexible and toned. Bailee has also done piloxing classes, and she liked it a lot.

However, I found this interview with BuzzFeed, where Bailee stated a few things about her food. We already knew that Bailee eats a healthy diet containing fruits, veggies, lean protein, and low carb. 

In the interview, she stated that she likes to eat carrots a lot, which are healthy carbs, and sometimes she also eats pizza, and her favorite topping is pepperoni.
