Baki Workout Routine

Baki is a character known for his physical structure and appearance; you must have seen him in the old Baki the Grappler series. However, there is a new series more of a remake that you see on Netflix. It shows Baki as a monster that looks like Arnold and fights like Bruce Lee. It’s such an Incredible anime that I can’t even imagine a more vital martial artist in the World other than Baki.

He might be on the same level as Goku without his super Saiyan powers. Baki, characters have shown as a killing machine that lacks emotions while fighting and has a sole purpose in his life. Baki wants to kill his dad, known as the World’s strongest person and the best martial artist alive. Now for the question that we came here for, how does Baki train his body? What are the routines that Baki does?

Well, when it comes to body fitness, I don’t think we can achieve that at all. As it’s an anime, certain things shown in Baki are heard only in myths. For example, he has superhuman strength; his reflex is so fast that even a bullet won’t hit him, and he can fix and heal so fast that it almost looks like regeneration. However, when it comes to having a body like Baki, it’s possible, but remember that it will not be easy.

I can give you a body workout that will consist of training six days a week, and every day you will be doing 3 hours to 4 hours of workout at minimum. The workout will incorporate activities like weight training, strength training, and combat training. We will train the routine into two parts, or else it will destroy your body if you don’t give your body a certain amount of rest.

Baki workout includes:

Morning Routine

In the morning routine, we will add two simple routines; one will be cardio, and another one will consist of doing weight training.

Cardio

You can do any exercises you want for a cardio routine, but in the series, we have seen Baki running to train with his dad. That’s why I also recommend you do six days of running in which you try to switch your running routines in this pattern:

  • Day 1,3,5: Long run/moderate speed for 30-45 minutes
  • Day 2,4,6: Short-distance run/high-pace for 10 to 20 minutes

Baki Weight Training

In weight training, I would say to get an appearance like Baki; one should focus on training into superset and include exercises that an average bodybuilder would not want to get. Of course, it won’t be easy to look like Baki and move like him as well. However, we can still try:

Martial Arts

I won’t tell you much about martial arts as my knowledge in this field is not even close to the experts you will see in the gym. So I would recommend you start working out there for at least four days a week for an hour and learn the movements and how to fight.
