Bebe Rexha has gotten addicted to fitness, and you can see the result in her body slowly with time. The singer is currently training with her trainer Jeanette Jenkins, and her trainer makes Bebe Rexha do a lot of things, so get ready to take some of the most substantial workout routines.

Bebe Rexha is working out almost six days a week, and in that, there is not a fixed routine that she likes to follow. Bebe Rexha stated in the interview with Health that her trainer and she does a lot of things. The workout can consist of doing weight training, cardio, yoga, pilates, boxing, spin classes, etc.

Bebe also stated that all these things are what keeps her addicted to the workout, doing every day something new and different is good for the long run. It can help you enjoy your workout while you do it, and just like any trainer would say when you start to enjoy your workout, that time working out becomes easy.

Cardio

For cardio training, Bebe and her trainer go around the treadmill and do some other cardio machines. Although when Bebe Rexha doesn’t feel working out inside, they will take the cardio routine to outside and turn it into jogging, spin class, or hiking anything they would like. All you need to focus on is just getting those calories to burn.

 

Yoga

They also enjoy a great session of yoga class in that it helps them to get rid of the negative vibes and bring in positive vibes. This workout also helps Bebe Rexha to gain flexibility while helping with her body to get leaner and slim.

Now, remember, like Bebe Rexha said that there is no one proper routine. They mix it up as they want so that you can do that too; just workout whatever exercise you feel doing on that particular day,

 

Pilates

Well, when they are not doing yoga, they are doing pilates workout, the pirates do have a similar effect as yoga. It also makes your body flexible and toned and helps you stay lean and slim. So you can also adapt this routine into your weekly workout routine.

 

Boxing

Bebe Rexha also stated in the interview with Health that whenever she is feeling angry and anxious, the best thing that she loves to do is either hit the gym or go to some boxing.

So once in a while, Bebe Rexha with her trainer does Boxing class as well in their weekly routine. She stated that, especially when she is traveling, then the best workout choices for her are spin class or boxing.

Weight training/Resistance training/strength training

I wanted to write this one first, but I thought it’s good to build a little suspense for you guys. This workout is the real deal, and the only one she performs multiple times a week. Bebe Rexha workout routine focuses on her Thighs, Booty, and core mostly, with that she also focuses on strength.

You may have already seen her workout routine that she posts on her Instagram is mostly for booty and thighs. Her trainer constructs a workout routine that she felt is right for her on that particular day, so the exercises are not repetitive. Although Bebe Rexha has shared some of the activities and she loves doing these exercises;

  • Squats
  • Side to side lunges with the forward rise
  • Kickbacks
  • Glute cable kickback
  • Single leg, leg-lifts
  • Donkey kickbacks
  • Butt blasters 
  • Weighted squats
  • Deep squats
  • Deadlifts

These are just some of the exercises that she has shared on her Instagram. There is a lot more to her workout that I cannot find out as it’s all getting constructed by her trainer.

Bebe Rexha made it very clear about her diet plan in the Health interview. Bebe Rexha stated that she eats a clean and healthy diet, but depending on her choice, if she wants to look fit, she will cut out all the bread, cheese, dairy products, sauce, etc.

If it’s every day she would eat a balanced diet, Bebe Rexha also revealed her lunch, which contains salad, chicken, no croutons, with side sweet potatoes fries. She also stated that people need to stop saying that this food is terrible for you, and that is bad. 

You can enjoy a pizza slice with a healthy salad and be good; you can have fruits like watermelons, bananas, or grapes without worrying about sugar contained in that. As long as you eat those things in the right amount, you can enjoy your diet and eat favorite foods. Also, don’t forget the best idea, which is your water, so drink a lot of water throughout the day.
