So cardio is one of her best things and Becky G does it more than anything. As soon as she wakes up the first thing she will do is go for a run.

In one of her interviews, Becky G has said that running in the morning makes her whole day better and give a nice start to her day. She usually runs for about 3 to 5 miles and then when she goes to the gym there also she likes to do cardio.

In the gym she likes to do different cardio machines she will be using that Elliptical machine, treadmill, biking, and even the stairs master. So her gym cardio will look something like this.
