Bella likes to stay fit by doing a lot of different workouts, including different cardio classes like soul cycle, spinning, and other group workouts. She also loves to do pilates, and there was a time when Bella was doing a lot of pilates without taking any week off. So it used to be pilates class twice or thrice each week at least.

Doing that helped her gain a lot of core strength, and Bella’s butt got in incredible shape. Bella also loves to do yoga a lot; you may have already seen her posting some stuff on her social media about her workout. However, the one thing that she loves the most is going to the gym and lifting lots of weights every day. It’s like a home where she can do what she wants and for how long she wants.

However, in this quarantine, Bella Thorne is still doing all the workouts without letting it affect her daily fitness lifestyle. Recently Bell Thorne was interviewed by Hollywood Life, where Hollywood Life asked Bella about her workout routine. There she replied with these workouts:

 

Yoga

Bella Thorne stated in Hollywood Life that she is doing yoga. Yoga is an excellent routine to follow; it provides a highly flexible body and lets you burn calories while working out. Yoga also tones your body muscles and makes you slim and look muscular at the same time. So you can do it too, try to aim for two to three days a week and each day do an hour of yoga.

 

Weight Training

The next workout that Bella Thorne talked about was weight training, in her weight training routine, there are mostly lower and core involved, but she still does some pretty intense upper body stuff. However, the main focus of her training stays on the lower body and core workout. Some of the exercises that Bella likes to do in her weight training routine are:

The last workout that Bella Thorne talked about was doing a little bit of boxing, although you don’t have to go to a boxing gym to do basic boxing. You can do a lot of shadow boxing and get a great sweat at your home only.

Start by warm-up routine for your upper body and lower body, then do 15 to 20 rounds of one minute, and in each series, try different punches from jabs, hooks, cross, body, uppercut, defensive punch, combo, etc. In just 20 minutes, you will be worn out and feel fantastic about working out.
