Ben Azelart Workout Routine
Ben does a lot of workouts that include weight training, strength workout, and core training. I tried to check whatever I could about his workout routine and found some of the videos to help us know the pattern of his workout that Ben follows. Here in this video of Jake Payne, you will see Ben working out with Jack.
In that video, they are training their core and chest area. So yeah, I think Ben does weight training and core training mostly. Since the start, he was already lean, so I don’t think he needs a lot of cardio in his workout routine. That is why we will also focus on getting that gain and doing cardio just for our warm-ups.
However, I still don’t know his whole routine, so I just made this routine in a way that I think will benefit you the best. We will be working out six days a week, training different body parts for about an hour. In this workout, consistency will do the work for us and provide us with results.
If you are starting when you are overweight, make sure to do cardio in the morning for about an hour. You can do any exercises that you want, for example: running, biking, elliptical machine, StairMaster, etc. Then follow the below routine in the evening and stick to it. So let’s get started:

Warm-up
Start with a simple warm-up routine that can be 10 to 15 minutes of running as well. This workout will help your body get ready for primary training, and it helps the blood flow in all the parts of your body. So make sure you do an excellent little warm-up before we get into the weight training.
Weight Training
So I won’t make this routine as hard as you may think, as we don’t need to work out super hard. Keep working out and do it every day till you get the body you want; you will be okay. So 7 to 8 exercises for each body part and try to increase the weight with each set.

Ben’s diet is unknown, so I don’t think I can tell you much about what kind of food he eats regularly. I know he enjoys almost everything other than tomatoes, and he eats a regular diet with healthy choices.
