After researching the activities and exercise Beren has gone through, I found out about this video on YouTube. You can see Beren doing lots of super cool martial arts and fighting moves and training with stuntmen from the cast.
The video itself tells that Beren is quite a fabulous shape by how smoothly she did the whole routine. Sadly other than that, I couldn’t find much about her workout routine that Beren did for losing weight. I’m guessing she was going to the gym and following a mixed bodyweight training and weight training pattern.
If someone asked me: how to get a body like Beren? I would recommend doing workouts like yoga, pilates, boxing, and weight training. Incorporating all these workouts together into a weekly routine would give you the best results. So let’s see how to do these workouts into practice:
Beren Saat workout includes:
Yoga/Pilates
While both workouts have been my favorite workouts for getting a slim body shape with toned muscle, I would recommend doing an alternation routine four days a week. So you can do an hour of workout for four days in this pattern:
- Monday and Wednesday: Yoga
- Tuesday and Thursday: Pilates
However, try to do this work out in the morning as in the evening we will be concentrating on other workouts.
Gym Training
So in the gym training, we will be doing a mixture of weight and bodyweight workout, so get ready. Also will be adding some cardio finishers, in the end, to get the best results as Beren. We will do Boxing for cardio as we don’t have to do the whole martial arts fighting if you are not interested. A 20 to 30 minutes boxing workout will be great to get you in fighting and lean shape.
