Best Jeanist is undoubtedly one of the most powerful characters in the series, and that’s why he stands on the Top of the hero rank at top 3 heroes. Now, there are many things that he gets known for, but people also want to know if it’s possible for you all to get power like Best Jeanist or if it’s possible to get a body like Best Jeanist? Well, let’s see both of the cases and figure it out.

To get power like Best Jeanist, you need to get a quirk like him, and that makes that impossible to happen. However, if we talk about getting a body shape like Best Jeanist, we can do that for sure. Best Jeanist has a body like K-pop idol; he’s tall like them and looks super slim, but for sure, he must be ripped like them as well. Sadly, I don’t think there is any chance of seeing Best Jeanist shirtless in the series, so we can’t tell if he is ripped or not.

However, I’m 99.99% sure that he’s ripped, so basically, we are trying to approach the body shape of a K-pop idol. Morning routine

The cardio and core workout will get done in the morning since K-pop idols do many dance workouts, which is also their cardio routine. On average, a training K-pop idol group needs to do two hours of dance practice even after a few years of their debut.

So that helps them burn an insane amount of calories and also keeps them lean and ripped. So that’s why we will be doing at least an hour of cardio workout in which, if you want, you can do a dance workout, or you can do exercises like running, biking, etc.

Once you get done with that, we will do a quick circuit core workout which will be our workout finisher for the morning. It will help you get your abs super toned and ripped.
