Blac Chyna Workout Routine
Blac is an incredible model, and you will see her getting all endorsements from fitness brands and supplements brands. The reason for that is her incredible body which many people also call a plastic body. There are two reasons behind it, as the symmetry of her body and curves are just unbelievable. The second is that it seems impossible to achieve: everyone has already decided Blac has done surgery to get that body.
I’m not here to talk about what’s real or what’s fake, as I know that even if it’s a fake, you need to keep the work to maintain the shape. No one can deny that Blac does work out regularly and does a lot of stuff to help her maintain the figure. I saw her Instagram find it out, where she has posted a lot of weight training videos.
Blac mostly used to do resistance training and ankle weight workouts, but I guess now she’s more into weight training. However, she still does incorporate many resistance and free-body movements that you guys can follow along and do to get in fitness like Blac. So that’s what we will also do, a routine consisting of lots of routine mixtures, including resistance band, ankle weight, and weight.
Our training will aim to work out five days a week with an hour of circuit training focusing on the whole body every day. That’s the best to keep your body burning some calories while getting toned and shaped. You can also add some extra workout classes if you want in this routine, but I think it will be more than enough if you regularly do it.

Cardio
The cardio will be our warmup. You also add some stretch to it and get a full-body warmup routine. We will like a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes of running on the treadmill or jump ropes to get a full-body pumped. It will help you get the blood running and decrease the chance of your body getting hurt.
Circuit Routine
We will do a circuit routine divided into three body parts, upper, lower, and core body. That’s how we will keep ourselves fit while toning the whole body and burning many calories. Also, make sure that you don’t rest between exercises and only switch up when the circuit gets done.
