The dancing helps her get that cardio to stay lean and burn all those extra calories Jisoo does not need. So I recommend you do an hour of dance workout and an hour of Pilates five days a week. Also, give your body hours of rest before heading to your routine. So if you attend the Pilates class in the morning, then go dancing class in the evening. That way you will have the energy to work out at your best!
