Blake is a YouTuber and social media personality that is known for his incredible looks and tik-tok videos. However, we cannot deny that the most prominent feature that played a vast role in his success is the looks and the lean physique that Blake has maintained throughout his fame. Blake used to have a thin and slim structure, but now after months of continuous training, he has started showing some serious gains and getting bulkier, so let’s see what the are things that Blake is doing to get those gains.

Blake is a member of Sway House, which means he is with the other boys all the time. That’s why they all follow a very similar workout and do mostly the same things. I have checked some of the other tik-tokers that train with Blake: and everyone was always training together and doing a very similar routine. You can check these two videos to prove where Blake has got seen working out with other members of the Sway House.

Blake has also posted a few pics on Instagram, where he has seen in the gym wearing boxing gloves. Now, coming back to the workout routine, I would say that Blake has been following a simple yet very effective way of weight training with boxing and core workout. As in those videos, we saw that they were not doing some very rigorous training, and instead of that, the training routine seems pretty doable and standard.

Like we saw in a post where Blake was wearing boxing gloves, so maybe he is also doing boxing a few days a week, which is why we will be doing boxing for 30 to 40 minutes a day for three days a week. You can join a boxing gym or any fighting gym for that if you already know the combination and forms, you can spar by yourself at your home for 30 minutes, at least.

Blake hasn’t given out his actual diet plan; few posts are there cooking and eating with friends and his girlfriend, but no real video or statement explains the diet plan. However, looking at his body and some of the posts, we can say that Blake is carbs and protein guy; he is not afraid to eat carbs, and he indeed takes protein supplements for faster muscle growth.
