We will be working out for about five days a week and getting workouts done for about an hour or two every day. The workouts will primarily focus on getting the body lean, toned, and flexible. So I will not be adding a lot of weight lifting exercises or anything like that.

So start by doing an hour of Pilates five days a week in a Pilates studio.
If Pilates is not your thing, doing Yoga would work perfectly fine to give you similar results. Yoga helps you focus on your body toning, flexibility, and getting the body lean. You can also get a great workout out of an hour of Yoga every day. Now, once you get done, we will be doing a quick HIIT circuit routine to build muscles in our bodies.
