However, after browsing through her Instagram account, I was able to find a very recent post of Camila Queiroz doing boxing and sparring in the gym. So that’s one thing for sure that she does, as it didn’t look like that was Camila Queiroz’s first day of boxing with the trainer.

After that, there was also a post like this post, where Camila Queiroz got seen doing yoga. I even checked some of the fan’s videos on YouTube to confirm these two things and found that Camila Queiroz was also doing cardio and some light weight training. Unfortunately, there was no specific article to get all the details about her workout. However, I’m sure we can work something out from these workout routines.

If it were up to me, I would surely ask you to do a routine for five days a week. We will be doing a boxing workout, cardio, and yoga in the morning. For toning exercises, you can also do some resistance workouts. Let’s mix it and give you a great workout routine to work all your muscles. As Camila Queiroz is not that muscular, we won’t add a lot of weight training. Boxing will be more than enough.

In the morning, we will be doing an hour of yoga workouts. Yoga will help you get a body like Camila Queiroz for sure, as it gives that slim toned body shape and helps you get that waistline. I would recommend doing 45-60 minutes of HIIT boxing training, In which you can start the workout with some warm-up. You can also do running for 10-15 minutes for warm-up, and after that, go to your boxing workout with two minutes rounds and take 60 seconds to rest after each round.

We will do a core circuit workout routine once you get done with the boxing workout. In the core workout, we will be doing five-six exercises in a circuit, and we will be repeating each circuit three times. So let’s get started:

Rest time after the whole circuit: 60-90 seconds

  • Crunches x 50
  • Leg raises x 25
  • Cross crunches x 25 on each side
  • Plank twister x 20
  • Side plank to a crunch x 20 on each side 
  • Plank hold x for one-minute
