Candice King Workout Routine

Candice is one of the actresses that got fame from TV shows, and after a while, got super big in movies. That may look common, but believe me, it is not; not every TV actress and actor can successfully reach the big names in movies. Other than that, Candice is also exceptionally fit, and that’s why many people love to see Candice work out and want the secret of the routine.

As you may know, she is super fit even after having her second child and still looking as lean as she was in her early 20’s. So, isn’t that incredible how she wholly lost the post-pregnancy weight and got back so strong? So, if you also want to know the secrets of how Candice King does that, then don’t worry, as we will figure it out together. I tried to look for her articles, interviews and even checked Instagram to see some information.

Sadly there was none about her workout and exercises that Candice likes to do or follow. However, don’t worry, as after writing many workouts and reading about many actresses and how they lost the pregnancy weight, I can give you a good routine. First of all, let’s acknowledge that even though Candice is not sharing the workout, she has to stay super active because of her two kids. Every mom would know how hard it is to take care of her newborn baby.

Then she also has her work and other jobs for which she travels most of the time or has to go and do different things. So the most important reason for her staying lean is the activities that she does. We can also include workouts like Pilates to stay lean and routine circuit training with light weights and resistance training. So that’s what I think we should be doing.

Training around five days a week and for two hours a day, and then staying active as much as possible by doing different routines and stuff. Also, I will be dividing the workout into two parts, so it’s easy to know which one and when to follow. Also, that will help your body get enough rest between the workouts to recover. So let’s get started.

Morning

In the morning, we will be doing an hour of Pilates workout as I think it will help you get that lean and flexible body. Pilates is one of the most adapted and recommended workouts by idols, singers, models, actresses, and many social media influencers and YouTubers. It helps your body get lean, burn fat and calories, get that slim waistline and toned butt, and help you stay flexible.

 

Evening

In the evening, we will have two workouts routine, one will be our warm-up routine, and then after that, we will do circuit training.

 

Cardio

In the cardio/warm-up routine, we will be doing interval training of 15 minutes on the treadmill. I recommend doing one minute at a moderate pace with 30 seconds sprints; that way, you can get a good cardio warm-up. However, you can also do 1-minute sprints and 30 seconds off, but this might be difficult for beginners as 1-minute sprints are not accessible for everyone.

 

Circuit Routine

In the circuit routine, we will do five days of circuit training to train every part of our body and mainly focus on the lower and core regions.

I don’t know much about her diet, but I have seen few posts of Candice sharing eating burritos, tacos, salad, etc. So I do know that she doesn’t focus on junk food and enjoys different foods when she wants.

Candice also likes to eat chicken, eggs and is not a vegan, just if you are so wondering. Also, I hear that she does water fasting; it was not a trustworthy source, so I don’t know if it’s true, but I can indeed say it’s healthy if done right. Water fasting can help you lose weight, so if you want, you can do it once a week and the rest of the days following my diet plan.
