Cardi B workout routine is not really much of a hard workout routine, actually before she got pregnant she didn’t even like working out and that’s true, after her first child that’s when she gained and she wanted to remove that post-baby weight. Cardi B Workout Routine
Well Cardi B workout consists of many different things now, like legs, biceps and chest workout. That’s what she like the leanest arms, big chest and amazing thighs Cardi b is all about that.
There was no really good evidence on the internet or anywhere where we could have found the routine of her workout. But we might have a slight idea of her workout.

First of all, after the baby came, when the first baby came she started doing lots of full-body workouts.

Burpees
Cardi B does some burpees in that and she goes as hard as she can do around 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps. Again not confirmed.
Pilates
There are some Pilates that Cardi B likes to do.
Squat
Cardi B does lots of squats and that she likes to do them with full-body workout only.
Dance
Cardi B loves to dance. She said that before she was a stripper and all the shape of her body got from dancing after she left stripping she lost all that ripped shape. more about the exercise routine of Cardi B is given below.
Cardi B Abs Workout
Cardi B does a lot of exercises in abs workout including crunches, leg raises, planks, bicycle crunches, and some abs roller. Around 3 sets each and 15 to 20 reps each exercise.
Her abs may be fake but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have to work out to keep in shape. So people who think once you get the surgery you won’t have to take care of that anymore. Well, wake up! Because it’s not like at all.

Cardi B does push-ups and starts with the incline bench press, dumbbell press, lateral raises, cable flys, biceps curls, tricep kickback, pulley push down, preacher curls. 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps and she goes as heavy as she can with her limit.
Cardi B Lower body Workout
Cardi B doesn’t really work that much on her booty, she did say that she doesn’t really have to work. In the lower body, her main concern is about thighs and Calves.
She does about 3 sets of squats, front squats, leg press, lunges, leg extensions, hamstring curls, hip extension, calf raises. Around 10 to 15 reps each and yeah she does deadlift too, again it’s not confirmed.

Cardi B Diet Plan
The diet plan of Cardi B right now is not that good. She said she is getting depressed by how much she keeps losing weight after her 2nd child. At the birth of her first child, she was not losing weight at all and she had to work hard.
Now it’s like she can’t gain weight, she talked about how she used to skinny in her teenage years and used to hate it. Cardi B also said her parents keep telling her to eat more but how she does not like to eat more.

Cardi B said she started drinking the tea for weight loss so she can lose that extra weight and after drinking her tea not feel too hungry.

Water is definitely one of the main reason she’s in the shape she is, drinking gallons of water is really required.
