To keep up with it, Charlie has also maintained an incredible lean body type that allows him to look like a teen, which Charlie needs right now in his career to get more roles. So let’s see what the things are that Charlie does to stay in that lean and ripped shape.
Charlie’s workout doesn’t have much information as I tried searching about it and couldn’t find much at all. However, after searching for a while on the internet and his social media account, I found out a few things that might help us get the idea of his working routine. Charlie does different activities to maintain a perfect active and healthy body; it works nicely. It keeps him busy and burns a lot of calories while Charlie is having fun.
Charlie mainly seems to maintain his shape by going to the gym regularly. There are posts that Charlie posted on Instagram that shows that Charlie likes to workout in the gym. As for the cardio, I would say a couple of times a week; Charlie wants to go swimming or surfing. These two are Charlie’s favorite things to do if you go to his Instagram profile; you will see photos of him near the lake, ocean, pond, pool, etc.
Well, that’s all I was able to find out; there was no information about his inside routine and the exercises that Charlie likes to do. However, don’t worry if you just follow a simple workout routine that consists of doing standard bodybuilding exercise, you will be able to get a body like Charlie. Make sure to train a single body part every day for five days and train your core every day for about 15 to 20 minutes, at least.
Also, make sure to do stretches before and after you finish your weight training workout. However, you need to work on the cardio a lot and keep yourself active as much as you can every day by doing some kind of activity. It doesn’t have to be swimming or surfing. You can do whatever you want to do, like; hiking, trekking, playing sports, going for a run, hanging out with friends, taking a long walk, etc. As long as you keep yourself consistent and do these things properly, you will get a similar body like Charlie Gillespie.

Well, I did try to find his diet plan, but there was none; I did see a few pics of him where Charlie is eating bacon, hot dogs, burgers, etc. I guess his diet works in moderation and keeping a balance between the foods. I’m sure he does eat a lot of healthy food and foods that contain protein, but I can’t say anything for sure unless there is a statement. For now, you can follow my diet plan to get a similar body to Charlie Gillespie.
