Charlotte Best Workout Routine
So after researching the Charlotte workout, I went through a few of her fans’ accounts and looked at her Instagram account. However, there was not much information about her fitness routine or anything. I couldn’t even find an article or source that would tell us about Charlotte’s way, so I can’t give you her workout plan.
However, don’t worry, as I can still provide you with some exercises and routines that you can do and try to get a body like Charlotte. There are various ways to approach the body type that Charlotte has. Still, I would recommend doing toning workouts consisting of weight training, bodyweight exercises, and some resistance band workouts. Then finish it with a cardio finisher HIIT workout that will burn calories while increasing your stamina in a short period.
To achieve a body shape like Charlotte, being consistent is the key, so make sure you do these workouts five days a week. Even if you skip someday, make sure you stay active in the day. All these activities and exercises will help you get results, but it will take time to show. So be patient during training and keep doing it.

Cardio Finisher
We will do a HIIT workout; I often recommend people do different cardio exercises to get the best training. However, for Charlotte’s body type, I would say 20 to 30 minutes of boxing workout would be more than enough as I saw a post where Charlotte has tagged Hustle Boxing and stated that it is her new jam. So, yeah, I would suggest doing an interval training round of 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds after each round.
That’s all for the Charlotte Best workout routine.
