When I tried to find things about Chase’s workout routine, there was not much I could find. Even his Instagram account doesn’t give you much information about Chase’s workout routine. Why is that? Well, the reason for that is that Chase has always been lean and slim no matter what he eats and drinks.

He has been body-slammed many times in his childhood and teenage years, even now Chase’s condition remains the same. So there are not many workouts that Chase does; at most, he does some push-ups, crunches, pull-ups, dips, etc. As there is no need for him to do a lot of cardio, instead of doing cardio, Chase likes to stay active and do different activities, from making TikTok to going out and hanging out with friends.

So can you get a body like Chase Hudson? Well, if you want to get that lean and slim, and your metabolism rate is not like Chase, then I would tell you not to try to get like Chase. Chase body is way too lean, which is typical for a person with a high metabolism rate, but for a person with normal metabolism or slow metabolism, you would need to take drastic measures to get in that shape, leading you to some diseases. 

However, you can still be in that built by doing different bodyweight exercises from push-ups, burpees, squats, pull-ups, lunges, crunches, leg raises, planks, etc. You can also do around 30 minutes of cardio workout almost five days a week to get in that body shape, and yoga is another work out that will help you get lean and tone your muscle while you do that.

Looking at his body condition, I will say Chase must be eating anything he wants because of his high metabolism rate. However, when I say that: I don’t mean that he is consuming unhealthy food every day. Even when your metabolism rate is high, and you won’t get fat too much junk food can result in sickness and suffering from different diseases.

So Chase Hudson must be eating a typical meal containing eggs, meat, chicken, veggies, rice, etc., and a few times, Chase just let himself eat whatever he wants,, whether it’s pizza or burger.
