Chloe was fit when she entered the industry; however, she took a step ahead when joining the Marvel Universe. We all know that every main character or one of the movie’s main characters or shows has to look and stay like a superhero. That’s why all of them spend so much time doing different workouts to keep in shape.
As Chloe’s role also contains fighting and all other stunts, she was trained for months to learn martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Taekwondo, etc. Other than that, her training isn’t that open till now; Chloe hasn’t explained other workouts that she does to stay in shape.
However, I found some Instagram posts on fan accounts showing her workouts. We can add a circuit routine, and cardio exercises mixed with a few MMA workout routine days. All of this workout will surely make a combination that will help you get a body like Chloe Bennet. So get ready to train for about four to five days a week, and every day, we will do two training routines. One will be in the morning, and the other will be in the evening. Overall work out length will be less than two hours a day, so relax and enjoy.

In the morning routine, we are going to do two workouts that will be MMA and cardio. So on Monday to Wednesday, we will focus on doing MMA training to recommend joining a gym. You will also learn defense by doing that, so there is no loss whatsoever. This training pattern will also work on getting your body toned and increase stamina.
Then for the rest of two days, you can do 40 minutes to 60 minutes of cardio routine. It’s up to you whatever you want exercises you want to follow. I would suggest doing different workouts to keep the excitement. Activities like biking, hiking, running, trekking, etc., would be the best way to start.
In the evening routine, we will do 30 to 45 minutes of workout routine. You can lift weights and do specific exercises in the pair of three circuits, and each round will have four activities, so in each course, you can focus on different body parts. Now I read some sources and found out that Chloe takes dieting relatively lightly and doesn’t have much of a diet to follow. However, that may be because of Chloe’s fast metabolism, so that doesn’t mean you would not mind a diet.
I would suggest eating an 80:20 diet or following intermittent fasting. Whatever you think will work for you? You can also go and try following a keto diet and leave carbs.
