Now, Ciara talks about her workout routine, which consists of training three times a day with different training methods. Ciara used to go and work out with her trainer Decker Davis. Davis also trains Ciara’s husband, and the couple often works out together.

Ciara focuses on training four-five days a week and makes sure that she gets enough workouts. In the cardio workout, we will be starting with an hour of cardio workouts. The workout will include doing treadmill, rowing, and stair masters. You are free to switch any exercises out with other workouts if you want to switch them. However, I would recommend keeping the rowing machine in the routine, as that’s one of Ciara’s favorite cardio exercises.

 

Strength Training

In the strength training, we will be doing an hour of the workouts where the aim will be on the lower body and core muscles. Also, I will be creating this routine in a circuit training method. That way, you can also get that extra cardio in your workout and burn the fat even faster. So let’s get started:
