Well, just like any other workout, Cindy likes to exercise a lot; it’s more like she has to if she wants to stay in business. Cindy does a different kind of stuff, but her routine is similar to other models like Bella Hadid, Adriana Lima, etc. The model also told KoKo news about her workout routine and what workouts models like to do.
In that interview, Cindy stated that most models, including herself, love to do boxing. It is because of the many benefits of the workout that helps you stay lean, work your cardio, and tone your muscles while doing that. Cindy also posted a post around two weeks ago wearing a ballet shoe pair and tagged Aloyoga, a famous brand.
However, I don’t think that Cindy does yoga or barre workout; maybe it was just a photo shoot for the brand. She also works out in the gym and does some other toning exercises with weights, resistance bands, and body weight.
I have seen many models routines, so I can indeed provide you with a toning workout of my own that will help you get lean and shape your body as you want. Let’s get started; we will do five days of training and focus on doing two different routines. I would suggest doing the toning workout in the morning and cardio routine in the evening.

We will start with a 10 minutes warm-up run before getting into the morning routine. The training will include weight trialing, Resistance training, and some bodyweight training divided into four circuit rounds to give the best results.

Wednesday and Saturday
- Resistance band squats

- Kettlebell sumo squats
- Leg press
- Leg extension
- Leg curls
- Lunge variation
- Glute thruster
- Glute cable kickbacks (front to back and side to side)
- Resistance band donkey kickbacks
- Calf raises
In the evening routine, follow a workout that Cindy suggested. Boxing will help you work on your cardiovascular muscles, burn calories, tone your upper body, and increase your stamina. Make sure you do it for 30 to 60 minutes. However, don’t do these exercises for six days regularly. I would recommend doing it for four to five days maximum.

I tried looking at her account and found few things, even though Cindy stays healthy and loves to eat clean. She also loves eating foods like pasta, pizza, spaghetti, etc. Now, I can’t briefly explain the diet, but I’m guessing that a high protein and low carbs diet would be the best way to approach Cindy’s diet plan.
