It’s an old article, so it might not even be relevant anymore, but still, it’s something. CL stated that they do work out, but she started out meditating more to keep herself mentally fit. That does matter for your health.
However, don’t worry, as I can still tell you some routines that will surely help you get a body like CL. She used to dance a lot, and even now, CL does dance practice that works as her intense cardio routine. All K-pop singers and idols need to dance to get into the industry. Their choreography is so intense that it can quickly burn over 1k calories per day.
For the other workout, I think Pilates would be suitable to start your day or even finish your day. Many idols follow the Pilates routine to get a lean and curvy body shape. It’s one of the famous workouts followed by K-pop idols and Hollywood actresses and models. So we will follow these two workouts for five days in this pattern.

Cardio
I would recommend doing an hour to two hours of dance class five days a week for cardio. This routine will increase your flexibility and give you a tremendous slim and toned body shape. If you don’t want to dance, you can also do an hour of Stairmaster or other cardio machines.
Pilates
Pilates is the workout that Jennie and Rosé and many more K-pop idols and drama actors do. It will help you maintain flexibility, provide you with a slim waistline, and tone every muscle of your body.
