Cole said that KJ look ripped, and he has stayed for since he was 10, so it’s great to work out with people like KJ. Cole also stated that he just goes to the gym and does the things KJ does and gets excellent results.
Later on, he tells The People that he focuses on training a single body part every day and if some shirtless scene is about to come in the show or movie. Cole will focus on increasing the upper body workout at least four weeks before the stage. Cole also said that his activity does contain doing a lot of weight training, but there are also circuit training involved in his practice.
