Conan is a singer with over 19 million on average listeners on Spotify, so you know he’s pretty famous and is considered a Social media personality with over 4.5 million followers on his social media. However, many people get inspired by his body shape and want to get a body like Conan. Conan has a very slim and lean body shape that is muscular like K-pop idol’s bodies.
Conan has a very similar body shape to them, but what I found about Conan was shocking. As I don’t think he does a proper workout at all, and it is mainly genetics, that’s how Conan can keep himself fit and lean like that. However, it’s not like Conan is not athletic at all; I saw this post on his Instagram where you can see him doing flips and summersault. So he does have some stamina and flexibility in his body.
Plus, how Conan looks, it’s almost like he does a lot of cardio, so I’m guessing maybe he does stretching or gymnastics exercises that also help him tone his body while letting him move like that. So we will be following a workout routine that will contain stretching workouts and some toning workouts. I usually go for Pilates and yoga when it comes to working out for a lean body like Conan, and we will work out maybe around six days a week.

Training days: Monday-Wednesday
We will start with three days of Pilates classes for about an hour to two hours every day. It will help you stay toned and provide you that body shape that will help you get that waistline like Conan and muscles like him. The best part is that it works on your whole body, and you can get super flexible and lean by doing a Pilates routine.
Training days: Thursday-Saturday
Then we will also add yoga, it does the same job as Pilates, but it’s more beneficial if you want to get flexible and lean. Yoga mainly focuses on specific body areas while working on your body and burns many calories and fats from your body.
Training days: Three-four days a week
Then to make sure your body gets even more toned, we can add some circuit training three to four days a week that will tone your whole body.
