Dacre Montgomery Fitness Journey

The Dacre Montgomery workout routine contains a lot of things, and his fitness journey includes going through different phrases that required different body exercises. Dacre was not always fit and healthy. He started his fitness journey during high school. At high school, Dacre Montgomery was around 200 pounds and had a difficult time after those four difficult high school years he lost 30 pounds in a year gap.

That time he was doing a lot of cardio exercises only. Later he started working for a power ranger, and that time also he aimed to maintain the lean physique, so he started doing night time boxing, cardio, and other kinds of exercises that helped him lose more weight and get him in shape.

After a while in 2017, his girlfriend Liv Pollock introduced him with yoga, stretching, and surfing. Then Dacre Montgomery followed this workout routine while shooting the power rangers.

After a while, he needed to prepare for stranger things again, and this time he started to bulk up by doing lots of resistance band training, a mix of lightweight practice, high repetition, and static holds to get dense muscle.

Dacre Montgomery Workout Routine

Now, Dacre Montgomery follows the same routine that he developed for stranger things. The method will consist of doing resistance band training, a mixture of light exercises, yoga, and high repetition training. Dacre Montgomery trains for almost five to six days a week, and each day training duration can go anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours.

In resistance band training, Dacre Montgomery does a full-body resistance band exercise routine. It mostly focuses on building lean muscle by using the resistance of the group and using them in basic bodybuilding exercises. Dacre Montgomery also includes yoga in his weekly routine; he always does yoga after his girlfriend introduced him to yoga. Dacre Montgomery does yoga about three times a week and maybe for an hour or so.
